Cancellation prior to despatch
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to admin@greenwarehouse.co.uk provided goods have not been packed for despatch.
Returning goods
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return goods unopened for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. You must contact Green Warehouse to obtain a return number prior to returning goods. Simply email us admin@greenwarehouse.co.uk for this. Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the amount paid (less the original shipping charge).
- The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
- We cannot accept used or opened goods unless proven to be faulty or damaged.
- We cannot accept returns on customised products.
- All of the above does not affect your statutory rights.
